Les mauvais rêves permettraient de mieux affronter la réalité une fois éveillé.
Le rêve – créateur de situations contrôlées – pourrait nous entrainer à nous confronter à certaines situations émotionnellement fortes afin d’y être mieux préparé lors d’évènement réels dans la vraie vie.
