Chanter pourrait avoir de nombreux bénéfices, notamment sur le bien-être.
Un certain nombre de travaux scientifiques ont pu mettre en évidence qu’avec l’âge, le fait de pratiquer un instrument de musique pourraient, plus ou moins directement, contribuer à mieux vieillir en ralentissant le déclin cognitif, tout en étant un élément favorisant le bien-être. Mais qu’en est-il si l’instrument de musique est la voix ?
